▸ What the monthly fee actually buys

You shouldn't be the last to know your own site is broken.

Websites break quietly. A contact form stops sending and the messages just vanish. The little "secure" padlock expires and visitors get a scary warning. Google quietly changes your hours or marks you closed. Most owners don't hear it from their website person — they hear it from a customer who couldn't reach them, after it's already cost them.

That's the gap I close. Every couple of weeks I go through your site by hand — not just when something's already on fire. Then once a month I send you a plain-English note: what I checked, what I caught before it became your problem, and what I'm keeping an eye on.

Every couple of weeks, by hand:

Up — and fast on a phone

If your site goes down or crawls, you don't notice — a customer does, and they leave. Most people visit on a phone, where a site can break while looking fine on your laptop. I watch both.

Forms that actually reach you

Forms die quietly after an update, and leads just stop arriving — you think it's a slow month. I fill out your own forms and confirm the message lands in your inbox.

Google & Apple listing is right

Google and Apple can change your hours or mark you "closed" without telling you. I check your hours, pin, and phone so you're never invisibly switched off.

Your security padlock is valid

That little padlock by your address tells visitors you're safe. When it expires, browsers throw a scary "Not Secure" warning. I own it and watch the date.

Updated — and scanned for malware

Out-of-date plugins are the number-one way sites get hacked. I keep everything current and scan it, so your site never quietly starts serving spam.

Backups that actually work

A backup nobody's tested might be empty when you need it. I don't just save a copy — I make sure I can put your site back, so a bad day stays a bad hour.

…plus a sweep for dead links, broken pages, and the little stuff that quietly makes a business look abandoned.

Your own health log

See exactly what you're paying for — any day.

You get your own simple page — a live log you can open whenever you want — showing every check I run, what I found in plain English, and what I did about it. Dated, honest, written in words you'd actually use. No vague "all good" email, no wondering where your money goes. Something to fix or update? Text me — I keep that part easy too.

The questions everyone asks.

What if I have a Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy site?
Yes — all of them. Whatever your site's built on, I can work with it: Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, even a Google Sheet wired to a booking form. Bring it exactly as it is and I'll fix it — no rebuild, no migration, no starting over.
What if I don't have a website yet?
Tell me what you're trying to sell, who buys from you, and how they find you now. If a one-page site is right for you, I'll build it. If you need a whole site, I'll either build it or tell you who should.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. One message. I'll close out the month and we're done. No annual contracts.
Will you make my website rank #1 on Google?
No. Anyone who promises that is lying. I'll do the basic Google-search housekeeping that actually helps small businesses get found. The rest is your reputation.
What if I just want one little thing fixed?
Quick Fix-It ($497 minimum). I won't take a $50 job — it's not fair to either of us.
Do you build custom apps / mobile apps / e-commerce platforms?
No. I fix things. If you need custom development, I'll point you at someone good.
How do I pay?
You pay monthly by card or bank transfer — I use Stripe, the same secure checkout most online stores run on. You'll get a payment link after we agree the scope: no portal, no login. Bali biz: IDR via bank transfer or Wise.
Refunds?
Unhappy in your first month? If something we agreed on didn't get done, I refund you for that part. After that, you just stop paying — no contract holding you.
Is the price going to jump on me later?
No. The number you see is the number you pay. No surprise "plan upgrades," no quiet annual hike, no getting moved to a pricier tier without asking. (If you've been burned by a tool that did that — yeah, I built this to be the opposite.)
My old site was built by someone who's gone and I don't have the login.
Really common — a friend or freelancer built it, then moved on. I'll help you recover access, or rebuild the one page you actually need so you're not held hostage by a site you can't get into. Either way, you end up holding your own keys.
My site just sits there and nobody finds me. Is that the site or me?
Honestly? Usually it's your Google listing, not the site. I'll look and tell you straight whether it's the site, Google, or the offer — and fix the part that's actually costing you customers, instead of selling you a redesign you don't need.

Still on the fence?

Send me your URL. I'll send back a 5-minute screen-recording video showing exactly what I'd fix — nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. Free, no pitch.
